Parents,

You should be receiving a flyer tonight with your child regarding our Pottery Field Trip next Wednesday, Dec. 1st. Each student should bring $15.00 for the event which will cover the cost of the clay, 2 firings in the kiln, glaze, return of project to the school and an exciting assembly for the students. Please start bringing in the $15.00 fee on Monday. This is considered a field trip as it is an educational experience in the arts that most of the students have never witnessed before. Students may wish to bring a large t-shirt to use as an art smock. The process isn't that messy, but if they touch their clothes while working on the potter's wheel, they will get themselves dirty.
