Parachute

Parachute, originally uploaded by bobrocky.

This shot was taken before Christmas vacation, but I really like it. The children play games with this colorful parachute while under the direction of Miss Colleen.

The cooks don't know where the child is either.

Mayra and Jonathon were Mary and Joseph. Devin and Elizabeth were the angels. They did a great job.

Staff and Children

These are the people who made it happen. My wife, Connie on the left and Colleen Keith on the right helped with getting the costumes changed and crowd control. Colleen also helped with the spotlight and Connie made some of the costumes for us. Cindy Kesler and Stephanie Garibaldi are the teachers of the two classes who participated in the program and worked very hard in all our practices.

Parents:

Don't forget that we have TWO showing of our Christmas program. One on Friday night @ 7:00 p.m. Students should be at the church at 6:30 p.m. Then we will be doing the program once more on Sunday morning, Dec. 19 @ 9:30 a.m. Students should be at the church at 9:00 a.m. We think you are really going to enjoy the children's program this year.

Also, we are asking students to come dressed as they will for the performances on Friday during school. We will be filming the dress rehearsal and need it to look at authentic as possible.

We'll be looking for you. Make sure you invite friends and family to the program.

Parental Notice - Christmas Day Care
Grace Christian Schools

Dear Parents,

Last week we polled you on Day Care during Christmas Vacation. Only two parents indicated they would be using day care at this time. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to stay open for only two students, so we will not be open at all during the vacation time.

We wanted to give you ample notice so you could get someone to watch your children during the vacation period.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

Sincerely,

Pastor Bob Rockhill
